MC Paul Barman

Rap artist MC Paul Barman releases his debut EP produced by De La Soul's Prince Paul entitled It's Very Stimulating. Unfortunately for the young mc, the debut album cover is produced carelessly making barman look more like a MTV "Party To Go" compilation.

Appalled with his record label's taste, Barman takes matters into his own hands and hires Paul Kim and Garland Lyn to re-concept and design the album cover for the 2nd run of 5000 CDs and a limited vinyl pressing.

In the spirit of MC Paul Barman's satirical music, the designers choose to parody the existing It's Very Stimulating cover with custom sewn dolls created by local nyc artist Mumbleboy.com.

The result is a happy rapper, two unpaid designers, and the first album cover known in history to parody itself.
